The house is 160 m2 and includes a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, five bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 independant restrooms. There are a total of 12 permanent beds. The house is fully equipped with all electrical appliances - fridge and freezer, stove with oven (pyrolysis), microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as TV, DVD and iPod docking station. Outside is a 30 sqm. nice terrace, and a 5 x 10 meters large saltwater swimming pool. Of course there are several dining tables, chairs, loungers, a large weber grill, parasol etc.. The house is ideal for a stay for 2 or 3 families. There are 2 kilometers drive to Salernes down town. Bedsheets and towels are not included in the rent.
