The space The villa is ideally located a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Northwest coast and very close to Yoga centers and the island’s most famous restaurants. The villa comfortably fits 14 people with its 5 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and arranged as follow: - 1 master bedroom, - 2 bedrooms located on the pool level, - 1 bedroom located on the lower level (under the pool) and facing the jungle and the sea, - 1 children bedroom that consists of 6 comfortable built-in bunk beds. Every room enjoys a spectacular sea view. A concierge service is provided by Sylvie who will be your host during your stay. She will be available to assist you and provide information about local activities (sport, culture…). A couple of very discreet employees will be available during your stay. Our chef will be happy to cook delicious dishes and introduce you to the 1001 flavors of Thai cuisine! Chao Pao Villa is conceived as the ultimate marriage of luxury and Asian comfort. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house but feel free to smoke everywhere outside. We would like to inform you that the Thaï law has adopted a very strict policy concerning drugs. In hold or consume may be severely punished. The police is very active on the island to contain this problem. The tenant is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the owner at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm. The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. ANY SOUND SYSTEM EXTERNAL TO THE VILLA IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
