It is furnished with light furniture, from the family inheritance accompanied by fresh blue and white fabrics. It consists of 1 double bedroom with 1 French bed, a minibar, Wi-Fi; 1 bathroom with shower and sink with marble top; panoramic balcony with table and chairs. Electric kettle and coffee maker service with cups and flatware. Welcome basket with coffee, tea, cookies, milk, typical bread, mineral water. Guest access The room is located inside our old family home, recently restored and organized to accommodate guests. The house overlooks the historic center of the village on one side and the garden opens onto the great panorama of the Monte Limbara massif. Guests have independent access to their own room. They can use the garden and have access to private parking with an electric gate. Other things to note To make their vacation more comfortable, guests of the room can book the following services for a fee: *dinner/lunch at a participating restaurant or take-away services with home delivery *rental of 1 beach set for every 2 people consisting of: 1 umbrella, 2 beach mattresses, 2 beach towels, 1 thermal bag with synthetic ice (cost €15 per week) Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
