The apartment is perched on a hill overlooking Himara's town center. You will find yourself enjoying the coastal life, enjoying the many nearby cafés, markets, restaurants and more! The space Location Note: Perched atop a gentle hill, our villa promises guests a serene oasis away from the hustle and bustle of street-level noise and traffic. However, it's worth noting that like many charming Mediterranean coastal towns, the main city strip comes alive in the evenings with music and lively ambiance. From our elevated vantage point, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the city strip below. While this means that the strains of music may be heard up to the villa, we assure you that the city applies strict regulations to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all. In adherence to these regulations, music in the area is limited between 20:00 and 23:30 on weeknights, and until midnight on weekends. We want to emphasize that we do not control the activity in the city strip. Travel Information and parking: The majority of our guests arrive via ferry, bus, or taxi. For those traveling by car, please be aware that free street parking is available, offering a convenient option for our guests. However, it's important to note that Himara has experienced a surge in popularity in recent years, leading to increased traffic and demand for parking spaces. As such, while free parking is typically accessible, availability may become limited, especially beyond mid-July. For added convenience, paid parking facilities are conveniently located nearby, providing alternative options for guests who prefer guaranteed parking arrangements. Please be advised that guests are responsible for locating their own parking spaces, and we recommend exploring both free and paid options to ensure a smooth arrival experience. Reaching the Apartments: Our apartment enjoys a privileged position atop a hill, offering guests breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the sparkling sea, pristine beach, and charming town below. However, it's important to note that accessing the apartment requires ascending two flights of stairs from street level. These stairs serve as charming pathways connecting various villas and homes on the hillside, evoking the Mediterranean ambiance. Rest assured, they are well-maintained, safe, and adequately lit in the evenings, ensuring a pleasant ascent. Guests can anticipate a brief walk of less than 3-5 minutes along stairs and flat pathways to reach the apartment from the street level. While many of our guests enjoy the leisurely stroll, we understand that some may prefer a more direct route. Therefore, we advise guests to assess their own physical capabilities and preferences before booking.
