San José. Quiet and large terrace 100m from the beach

Holiday house very comfortable to be next to the beach of "La Calilla", quiet, with one of its 3 ramp accesses and with showers and lifeguard all summer. The star stay of the house is the terrace of more than 50 square meters and with furniture suitable for your enjoyment. If on your vacation you are looking to enjoy the ocean, this is your home: Watching sunrise or sunset from the terrace is a daily show. The space It is a house with a perfect location both for a family vacation and for a few days of rest or even if you need to work with peace of mind and at the same time have the possibility to disconnect easily. Guest access the whole house:On the ground floor you will find : the living room - A living room with smart TV. - The kitchen, which is integrated with an American bar and has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster . - The master bathroom with a -ducha bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet. - A large bedroom with a 1.50 cm bed and space to install the travel crib that is available in the closet. - An indoor bedroom with electric skylight window opening to the upper deck. It has two 90 cm beds in a bunk bed. On the first floor there is a toilet ( sink and toilet) and a bedroom with 2 nest beds. This bedroom is the one that leads to the terrace. Other things to note The terrace allows you to enjoy a relaxing view of the ocean day and night. The house is just the right distance to get to the beach in an instant without the sound being annoying. A quiet setting was the main thing for us. Having the sun from the time it rises until it sets with magnificent views , being able to go down to the beach and in 2 minutes being swimming in the sea is a pleasure that can only be overcome in good company :) Back home we can have some tapas in "Casa Sebastián" and return to our wonderful terrace with a good book and an ice tea.
