Very comfortable vacation home because it is next to (100 meters) the beach of "La Calilla", quiet, with one of its 3 accesses on a ramp and with showers and lifeguard all summer. The star room of the house is the terrace of more than 50 square meters and with suitable furniture for your enjoyment. If you are looking to enjoy the sea on your vacation, this is your home: Watching the sunrise or sunset from the terrace is a daily show. The space It is a house with a perfect location both for a family vacation and for a few days of rest or even if you need to work quietly and at the same time have the possibility to easily disconnect. Guest access the whole house: On the ground floor you will find: the living room - dining room with smart TV. - The kitchen, which is integrated with an American bar and has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. - The master bathroom with bathtub - shower, toilet, sink and bidet. - A large bedroom with a 1.50 cm bed and space to install the travel crib that is available in the closet. - An interior bedroom with an electric skylight window opening to the upper terrace. It has two 90 cm bunk beds. On the first floor there is a toilet (sink and toilet) and a bedroom with 2 trundle beds. This bedroom is the one that leads to the terrace. Other things to note The terrace allows you to enjoy relaxing views of the sea day and night. The house is just the right distance to get to the beach in an instant without the sound being annoying. A quiet atmosphere was the main thing for us. Having the sun from the time it rises until it sets with magnificent views, being able to go down to the beach and in 2 minutes be swimming in the sea is a pleasure that can only be surpassed in good company :) Back home we can have some tapas at "Casa Sebastián" and return to our wonderful terrace with a good book and an ice cream.
