Aruba is a lovely family friendly apartment just across the road from the iconic Thompsons Bay Beach, we invite you to come, relax & have some family fun. Centrally located in Shakas Rock on the North Coast of Ballito, it has many luxury facilities which will ensure a comfortable stay. This apartment is listed with Ballito Accommodation which has been providing luxury accommodation since 1983 The space This s a comfortably furnished apartment that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, it includes four bedrooms: the main bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a sea facing balcony; Bedroom 2 with two single beds and a ceiling fan; Bedrooms 3 and 4 each with a double bed, ceiling fan, and a sea facing balcony. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower, and the guest bathroom has a bath and shower. The kitchen features a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and electric hob/oven. Additional amenities include a 1st-floor location, 1 set of stairs, 1 lock-up tandem garage, 1 open parking space, a balcony with a distant sea view, a gas braai, a Smart TV with DSTV NOW and Netflix, Wi-Fi, and access to a communal swimming pool and braai area within a secure complex. Rates include linen, towels, a standard departure clean, and a welcome starter pack. Daily cleaning services are available for an extra fee, with a complimentary cleaning service and linen/towel change on the 8th day. Please bring your own beach towels. Prices cover up to 8 guests. Guest access Guest will be able to access the communal swimming pool area. Other things to note We welcome you to a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Upon check in the beds will be dressed and towels will be provided for each guest for your convenience (Guest visits that exceed 7 days will include a linen change and cleaning service on the 8th day). Beach towels are not supplied . In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge. Although the apartment is provided on a self-contained basis we would be glad to assist you with any additional services i.e. Daily cleaning as well as Linen and towel changes at an additional charge (24 Hour notice period). Please note that the Aruba Body Corporate only allow family bookings (Adults and children).
