The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the Machines de L'Ile and 3 tram stops from the city center. Due to the Coronavirus, we're taking extra care to disinfect surfaces, dishes, and bedding between each reservation. 3-star apartment, with 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms for a total area of 66 m2 and individual parking. Apartment on the 1st floor of a recent building with elevator. Nearby is a supermarket open on Sunday mornings. The space The accommodation can sleep up to 4 people. For an extra €15 per night, the group of 4 can be completed by a child under 1 year old. It is ideal for group or family stays. An office area offers a workspace for professionals on the go with fiber Wi-Fi connection. The entrance hall has a large closet, with wardrobe and hangers. The living/dining area and open kitchen is large with its 30 m2. The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, hood, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, classic coffee maker + Dolce Gusto, juicer, raclette oven, washing machine. Dishes are complete and basic products are provided. Note the absence of a dishwasher in the apartment. Right next to the kitchen, a dining area with a round table can accommodate 4 people. In the living room, there is a fixed sofa, armchairs, a TV, a large desk (which can also serve as a dining room table), and a large coffee table. The 2 bedrooms each consist of a 140 cm double bed (comfortable and very recent bedding) overlooking the garden side of the building, which ensures the calm of the apartment. A closet (with wardrobe and hangers) is located in the 1st bedroom. The bathroom has a large Italian-style shower. The toilet is independent. For families with babies, we also offer 5 pieces of equipment for them free of charge: highchair, folding crib with mattress (linen for this bed is not provided), bathtub with bath deckchair, toilet reducer. In case of use of the baby equipment, a deposit check of €30 will be requested when the keys are handed over to guarantee the return of this equipment in the same clean condition. Access to a Wi-Fi Internet connection is available free of charge. A secure bicycle room is located on the ground floor. Read the house rules carefully before booking, as compliance with them is essential, particularly regarding the ban on making noise after 10 p.m. and smoking. Removal of shoes in the apartment is also requested to ensure the best possible hygiene and to respect the neighborhood. A confirmation of the reading of the house rules will be requested during our first exchanges. Also take note, before any booking, of the check-in times in "other remarks". Possible check-in time varies depending on the day of the week. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment Other things to note In general, for an entry on weekdays from Tuesday to Friday, check-in is between 12:15 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. maximum and then from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Check-in on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays can be done between 12:15 pm and 7:00 pm. In case of late check-in (after 7:30 p.m.), a fee of €30 will be requested. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The fixed sofa must not be used as a bed.
