Ideally located near Niort, in a peaceful natural setting, our house is surrounded by a delightful landscaped garden with complete privacy. The space Situated in a recent residential development, our one-story house is easily accessible to all. Just a short distance away, you'll find a nearby village where you'll be pleasantly surprised to discover all the essential amenities for your convenience. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, which is entirely at your disposal to fully enjoy your stay. For your convenience, you can arrive at any time after 3:00 PM, even late at night, as the keys will be available in a secure code box. However, we kindly request that you check out before noon on the day of your departure to allow us time to prepare the property for other potential guests. Other things to note For your peace of mind, we have installed two outdoor surveillance cameras to monitor the surroundings of the property. Please note that there are no cameras inside the house, ensuring your complete privacy.
