Cozy & Eclectic Bronx Apartment!

Feel at home at my immaculately kept apartment in the quiet and family-friendly Pelham Gardens community. This walk-in apartment is perfect for your stay! Great location, easy access to public transport (both the 5 and 2 trains as well as the 26 bus are walking distance away)! The Bay Plaza Mall is less than 10 minutes away. There is a local park just across the street, and Pelham Parkway (perfect for casual walks and runners alike) is just a 5-minute walk behind the house. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two family home, so there are no steps to contend with. The space is entirely your own. It has one bedroom with a queen-sized slay bed, a renovated bathroom, living room with full sized sofa-bed and loveseat, dining area (with table and four chairs) and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave), a Keurig, water kettle, blender - basically everything you need to create your own meals. All you need to purchase are your ingredients! To access the apartment, guests must first go through a short hallway. Once you're inside you are first in the kitchen, then further back is the dining area, and straight back is the living room. The renovated bathroom sits off to the right of the apartment, and the bedroom is in the back right of the flat. The linen closet to the left of the bathroom houses extra towels/washcloths, and the closet to the right houses extra pillows and blankets if needed. The unit is equipped with 2 smart TV's with Chromecast and access to Netflix (both TVs), Hulu and Prime (only the LR TV). This is a shared space so there are a lot of personal effects in the unit. Not to worry, I've made sure there’s loads of space for all your bits and bobs whilst you’re here, and the plus side is there’s likely to be anything you could ever wish for whilst you’re here ready and waiting. Packed drawer of herbs and spices? Check! Every condiment you could ever need? Check! A wide range of pots and pans? Check! :) Guest access There is no shortage of FREE street parking across the street from the apartment. There is also no alternate side parking so you never have to worry about moving your car (rare find in the city)! Both the 5 and 2 trains are less than 10 minutes away, and the bus stop is literally a 2 minute walk up the street. During your stay I am available by phone/texts if my guests need me. Other things to note Go for a walk or a run up/down Pelham Parkway. Visit the favorite City Island for some of the best seafood NYC has to offer (only 10 mins away)! Want to go for a dip?
