Soaring three-story, 3-bed, 2-bath vacation rental house in Gouldsboro’s Big Bass Lake, a 5-star Gold Community. Our home has it’s very own HOME THEATER! Watch all your favorite films in style, relaxing in your very own reclining lounge chairs with full surround sounds, an HD projector and a 100 inch screen. Open floor plan, three Smart TVs, WiFi. This home offers access to community perks such as 3 lakes, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, gym, recreation center and more! The space After you are done shopping, skiing, snow-tubing, and more...come back to our home to kick back and watch a movie in our six-person theater!!! During snow seasons, you can access the top of the sledding hill from our backyard and sled down to the Rec Center and indoor pool!! House sleeps 8 people (3 bedrooms and sofa bed in loft). PLEASE NOTE! Our home does not not have air conditioning! We are in a higher altitude so the summer months provide typically a nice cross-breeze with the windows open and fans on! Additional rules - Primary renting guest must be at least 18 yrs. old. - There is a $50 registration fee and Renter's Application due to the HOA That fee is added into the cleaning fee. Renter's Application will be emailed to guest three weeks prior to stay. - Please note you will need to purchase guests passes upon arrival for access to the community pools and amenities - Renter supply their own bath towels. Bed sheets are located in the hall closet and master bedroom for your use. Washer & dryer on-site. Guest access Additional rules - Primary renting guest must be at least 23 yrs. old. -No large gatherings are allowed. No parties!
