Quiet, spacious bedroom in a traditional home perfectly located to explore the City. Many bars, cafes, restaurants, theatres and cinemas nearby. The Castle is at the end of the street. Please note the bathroom and separate toilet MAYBE SHARED. Please arrive AFTER 3pm and BEFORE 10pm unless by special arrangement. Full details for self check in provided after booking. This is a HOMESTAY, I live separately at the front of the apartment. I have my own bathroom. The space Your room is at the back of the apartment away from the noise of the cobbled street. We welcome you with traditional Scottish whisky. There are tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and fresh fruit in your room. A small fridge has fresh milk and bottled water. A microwave, crockery, cutlery and glasses are also in the room. NO ACCESS TO A KITCHEN Plenty of soft towels are placed on your bed, toiletries are available in the bathroom. There is a flatscreen TV with an Amazon fire stick giving you access to Prime, Netflix and BBC iPlayer etc. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to bedroom and full bathroom plus additional toilet. There is NO KITCHEN available but you have a kettle, fridge and microwave in your room. Also crockery, cutlery and trays for takeout. Other things to note Please note that for longer stays your room is serviced weekly with fresh linen and top ups. Clean towels always available. There is a car park just minutes away from this property but also check online parking apps. The property is very central and is a short 5 minute walk to Princes Street where there are links from the airport and all major bus routes. Many buses use the stop in front of the Usher Hall nearby. Free on street parking is available a bus ride away.
