This house is a SCENT FREE ZONE! If you wear body cologne, ect. this is not a good fit for you. I am allergic! There will be a $250.00 fine if you spray or use any scents in the room even if you think your cologne is awesome. 25$ late evening check-in fee after 9:30pm. No exceptions. This home is very quiet, private and clean. Microwave, fridge and tea pot available cooking only with permission. Cameras are used on the outside of the home only by the front door. This house is a SCENT FREE ZONE! Single level home /easy access. Plenty of parking in a very safe neighborhood! right across from a park and bike path. My place is very clean and uncluttered. Small desk, Large closet, firm bed and a comfy office chair. Dining area in kitchen is dedicated for guests as well as the outdoor patio and garden. This is a great place for a quiet peaceful visit. If you like coffee pls let me know and I will set it up also if you like cream pls let me know. There are to go items on the kitchen table. Please check in by the front door. There is a doorbell and I may not hear a knock if I am in the back. Rolling luggage is best in and out through the front door. In and out after check in is by the back double doors which you will have a key to as well as a key for your room. You may use the Kitchen and dining area during the day and evening before 10pm. There is a self serve coffee bar in the morning with hot water and an a assortment of teas and goodies! Cool items can go in the fridge, dining area and the backyard is dedicated for guests. I am very a very quiet person so you will not see a lot of me. Enjoy the house. I work at home sometimes but am available for any question questions you may have. Text me or knock on my door. Walking distance to park and bus stop. 2 blocks to a convenient store and a 6 block walk to a grocery store. there is a few small restaurants in Talent and a nice coffee shop. Also a theater and restaurants available 8 minutes to downtown Ashland! Check out the free Green Show in Ashland (URL HIDDEN) The bus stop is 1/2 a block away RVTD route 10 (URL HIDDEN) There are cats in this house so if you are allergic be aware I have a toaster, hot water kettle for tea and filtered water is available through a faucet on the sink~ keys in the bowl to the room if you used them and pls return them to the bowl. Please hang up used towel on the back of the bathroom door.
