There are two bathrooms; one half bathroom downstairs, and one full bathroom upstairs. Very safe neighborhood, small, quaint, building surrounded by professional, quiet, cool neighbors. There are 3 security cameras put up by the building monitoring the front door and the pool area. Very convenient location, right off of the 170 freeway, 7 min drive to Hollywood. Also 15 min walk to the NOHO subway stop, and only 2 train stops to Hollywood. Close to Laurel Canyon, Coldwater Canyon and many surrounded parks and hikes. I usually live in the place and I am very clean, respectful, responsible, quiet, spiritual, and down to earth. I'm not there now. I would like the people that will live in it to be the same, so I'd like to get people to live in the apt who are going to respect the space. Prefer people who are neat, considerate, respectful towards my stuff. There is no smoking of cigarettes or pot anywhere in or around the premises of the building. If you're interested PM me. The neighborhood is very safe. 5-10 min walk to the Arts district full of restaurants, bars and entertainment. There is the North Hollywood metro station about a 10 min walk from the apartment. Very convenient. It's a very comfortable place and so far people have loved to stay there and have had a great experience.
