The space RENTAL OPTIONS: The Silverlaken Estate is an ideal option for groups wishing to stay together in a private setting at a single location (wedding guests, college reunions, families, church groups, business functions…). The rental units at The Silverlaken Estate are flexible in that our fixed buildings are designed for year-round accommodations, yet we have been granted the only permit on Silver Lake to set up a limited number of luxury “glamping tents” on a semi-permanent basis as overflow units during the peak months. These tents are “canvas cabins” with running water, heating/cooling, a jacuzzi tub and a full bathroom. The 5-acre estate is large enough to comfortably host multiple guests, as the professionally designed landscaping, with heavy emphasis on green buffer zones, fosters a sense of privacy among the rental units and within the neighborhood. Here is an overview of rental units available at present: The Lodge @ The Silverlaken Estate - the centerpiece of the estate is a 3 bedroom (plus large bunk attic sleeping space), 2.5 bathroom accommodation with a full kitchen, family room, dining room and gorgeous wrap around porch that sleeps up to 14. The Lakefront Cottage @ The Silverlaken Estate - this is our cottage that sits right on the water with a porch that hangs over the lake. The Lakefront Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom accommodation with a kitchenette that sleeps up to 4.
