Description of location: - 10 minutes walk from BCA Matraman or Matraman I Bus Stop - 10-15 minutes walk to Gramedia Bookstore - 20 minutes drive to CBD Sudirman-Thamrin or Grand/Plaza Indonesia Fancy Mall. - 5 minutes walk to Transjakarta Bus Stop Matraman - 1,5 to 2 hours taxi drive from Soekarno- Hatta. On small quiet road behind K24 Drug Store, a 3-storey new Executive Guest House @ Matraman 32 E that consist of 10 standard rooms and one 55 square metres apartment studio room is ready to serve you with facilities: Rooms Facilities: •Standard rooms (2,4x3,1 m2): AC, private bathroom with warm water, LED TV 22” with local channels, springbed 2 in 1 sliding, wardrobe, and table. Public Guest house Facilities: •Pantry that equipped with kitchen set, 4 burner-stove, water dispenser with water, rice cooker and refrigerator, and cutlery. •Laundry facilities including one 7kg top loader washing machine, iron and ironboard. •Carport •Guest house attendance, responsible for cleaning the guest house area. •Free Internet WIFI For Food, we have provided you with brochure and menu of 3 nearest Indonesian restaurant (10-20 minutes walk) or you can also call for delivery (Munik, Handayani, Sederhana), through our GH attendance. Munik is located 20 min walk after Gramedia bookstore (our small road to the right), price around 50 thousand rup/person. Handayani is across the street, you have to cross the street first via bridge at BCA Matraman). But for fast food, the nearest fast food restaurant are: - 7Eleven located next to BCA Matraman (from our road to the left) 5 minutes walk - Pizza Hut across the street (you must first across the street via transjakarta bridge in front of BCA Matraman) 10 minutes walk. - Es Teler 77, you can find it at Gramedia Bookstore, from our small road, 10-15 minutes walk to the right. Price around 30 thousand rup per person. Beside Es teler 77, at Gramedia Bookstore, you can also find Holland Bakery for Bread and Dunkin Donuts. Guest access The wifi internet with password, pantry to cook simple things like noodle or fried rice, water in the dispenser. Laundry will be free of charge if you do it yourself, but if you need our GH attendance assistance, pls give her a small tip around 20-50 thousand IDR depends on your laundry, since the laundry is out of her job desk.
