Welcome to our stylish cozy 90 sq. m. apartment in a 7 min drive from Luzhniki stadium ,12 min drive from Moscow Center and walking distance from Vorobievy Gory Park. Large and light apartment is located on 8th floor of new modern house with beautiful view on Moscow City, Setun` Park and the Savour Christ Church (in sunny days). The flat is divided into studio (kitchen and living room) and a master bedroom with a king size bed for two people. Additional beds can be easily added under request. The space 90 sq. m. large and light appartment with modern design in Californian style. Modern furniture and decor, comfortable beds and large cozy bathroom are waiting for you during your stay in Moscow. You can chill on a balcon terrace with beautiful view on Moscow or sit on a comfortable couch and enjoy FIFA games on our big plasma TV, or cook your favourite dishes on our big super equipped kitchen. The house is built in 2007 and has guarded private territory with private parking zone. Location is perfect for those who don`t like crowded centre (which will be absolutely crazy during FIFA), but wants to have quick access to all city places located in centre. Luzhniki Stadium is just 7 minutes Uber drive, CSKA and Dinamo Stadiums are 25 min drive (the same as from the city center). Guest access The whole apartment is available for you during your stay (except for one wardrobe): big living room with TV plazma, totally equipped kitchen, balcon terrace, wc, bathroom and cozy bedroom with large wardrobe and dresser for your stuff. There are two air cleaners, oven, microwave, multicooker, coffee machine, stereo system, hair dryer, wash machine and vacuum cleaner if you need. Fresh towels, bathroom kit, shampoo, shower gel - you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you rent a car in Moscow, we can provide you the access to private parking area near our house (not a personal parking lot, but you always can find available parking places here). Other things to note Our apartment has one king size bed for two people, but if you plan to stay with your family or friends (up to 4 people) than we can easily equip our living room with two additional single beds.
