Welcome to this very sunny and beautiful old house by the river, above our art gallery. Feel home in a specially decorated (and surrounded by art) 1 bedroom place for you, perfectly located to those wanting to take advantage both from the river view and a pleasant walk/bike ride downtown. This whole apartment floor is exclusive for you and the upper one is permanently rented to people we know and trust. Our gallery, Kubik, is in the ground floor, feel free to visit or ask for any needed help. The space This house is perfect if you like to stay among the city's traditional centre, yet, having the possibility to walk (or ride our bikes) and see the best sunsets. The house has a lot of our objects and art, it's fully equipped and was carefully decorated by us when we lived there. You will love it if you are into places with life, and feel Porto in its traditional ways. The kitchen and bathroom where renovated and have all the expected home appliances. Of course there is heating: a powerful standing fireplace in the living room and an electric heater in the bed room. There is wifi, tv, a very big closet and a working desk. We will provide you with basic amenities and we are open to help you with anything we might have forgotten. We allow infants to sleep in the couch if you need, but we don't have a baby crib. We love pets but we have our own 2 dogs sometimes in the gallery, for that reason we can't accept more. Guest access Our house is a 3 floor house, being the gallery the ground floor, this apartment the first one, and 2 (sometimes 3) people living upstairs. When you rent it you are given a key to the building and a key to the apartment, so the whole floor is for your use only. Although you have your own door, our friends living upstairs have their common area by the staircase, so we expect everyone to be respectful. But you won't have any common area to share, other than the houses' staircase. Registration details 107309/AL
