Charming and warm air-conditioned studio in Bordeaux Saint Augustin for 2 people, completely independent, with private access and a nice small private garden with trees. Ideally located, close to the St Augustin (50 m), Bel Air (250 m) and Hôpital Pellegrin (800 m) clinics. 7 minutes by bus from the center of Bx (bus stop 50 m from the studio) 30 minutes from Mérignac Airport by tram (direct line) and 30 minutes from Saint-Jean train station (lines 1 and 9) Parking is free on the street The space The studio is composed of: - Air conditioning/heating. - A 140x200 double sofa bed from "La Maison du Convertible". The box spring is entirely slatted and the memory mattress is very comfortable (high quality daily sleeping). - A fully equipped kitchen (dishes, induction cooktop, combination microwave and oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, combination “Dolce Gusto” coffee maker and kettle). - A bathroom with shower and wc. - Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided. - Cleaning fee offered if respect for the premises and checkout instructions. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be applied. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking. Guest access Street parking is available all around the property, FREE OF CHARGE. You will see "paying" marked on the ground, but parking has been canceled in our neighborhood. So you won't find any parking meters! And our neighborhood is very peaceful. Also you can walk to the center of the Bordeaux Saint Augustin district where you will find a first bakery 400 m away and then all types of shops 600 m away with a very lively neighborhood life, animated by a small organic market on Wednesday morning. Other things to note We welcome our guests within a time frame that is possible from 6pm to 11pm in the evening. However, once an arrival time has been set with guests, we ask that you respect this schedule commitment and contact the host for any delays. For any additional requests after 11 a.m., an hourly rate will be applied in agreement with the host.
