Other things to note Hotel Policy - Check-in after 2 pm to 8 pm and check out from 6 am to 11:30 am. - Each room can accommodate a maximum of 1-2 people. - Guests who book and stay in the room must be at least 15 years old and be able to show a valid photo ID. - The hotel is not able to accept payment for any expenses by check of any kind. - We are happy to provide early check-in service to all guests, depending on the room availability. Please inform the hotel within 12 hours prior to arrival to confirm room availability if you wish to check in between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. - Please present a photo ID, such as a passport or ID card (if you are Thai) at check-in. For certain promotions with special room rates, you may be required to present a photo ID and/or membership card. - We are happy to offer late check-out to guests, depending on the status of the room. Check-out between 12 noon - 5:00 pm will be charged an additional fee at a rate equal to 50% of the room rate per night. Check-out after 5:00 pm will be charged an additional fee equal to the price of one night's stay. - No pets allowed. A fine of 2,000 baht or equal to the value of the damage incurred will be charged for any violation. - No smoking allowed in the room or in the hotel area. A fine of 5,000 baht will be charged for violating this rule. - The hotel reserves the right to bring durian fruit to the room. If you sneak in or violate the rules, you will be fined 5,000 baht. - For the safety of outsiders who are not staying in the hotel, the hotel has a policy to show an ID card or passport every time they want to enter the hotel area. - The hotel does not accept valuables such as money, sports cards, diamonds, pearls, or guns.
