Our home was designed for long lazy summer days. It is centred around the open plan double volume living area which flows onto the patio with two sets of folder slider doors. A large grassed lawn, 8m x 4m pool and views Northwards of Chapmans Peak complete the picture. We are situated in a quiet cul de sac, with no passing traffic at all, and close to Noordhoek Beach, the Noordhoek common and the very well known Noordhoek Farm Village. Peace and quiet defined. The sauna, just recently added, brings some alternative relaxation, there is a daily fee to cover the electricity consumption.
