Rent an attic room for 2 people with a bathroom in a house in the Tours area; as well as another bedroom with a 120 cm bed. Located in a quiet residential area. Closed courtyard, bicycle garage. Possibility to have breakfast at €7 per person (advance booking required) Guest access Not suitable for children (0-5 years) and pets. Non-smoking. No parties or events. Check-in 7 p.m. / 10 p.m. Check-out before 10 a.m. Do not go upstairs with shoes Other things to note The rental includes only a bathroom (without shower or bathtub) however it is possible to take a shower in my personal bathroom for €2/person.
