Chill private room in fun shared 420 house

This is a chill 420 hostel environment. Cannabis and alcohol use is for adults age 21+. Animals outside only. No one under 21 can be here. I have 3 years experience as a 420 host in Denver! You will be free to use Cannabis wherever you would like, inside the house. Please smoke blunts outside. Bus stop is right outside. 5.5 miles from downtown bars and Coors field. Other guests will be 420 enthusiasts, travellers, tourists, and new residents relocating to Denver. This is a drama free house The space Social and chill spot. Great backyard. Close to dispensary. $9 uber to downtown bars, clubs, sporting events. Short walk to nearest restaurant/bar. Great Mexican food nearby. Grocery store (king soopers) 1.5 miles away. Free parking. Wi-Fi. Netflix. Guest access All space on the main floor, except other guests beds. please never use the front door. always use the back yard entrance. During your stay I love socializing with my guests. But it is not required. There is not much privacy in the house though. Other things to note If you are not feeling well or are sick at all do not come here. Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. If i find out you have illegal drugs you will be kicked out immediately. Cannabis is an illegal drug if you are under age 21. Magic mushrooms are illegal here in Adam's county. No dogs inside. Please dont ask. Well behaved dogs only outside. $20 per night cash. This is not a luxury accommodation. If you think you will be unhappy with a lack of luxury amenities, quiet time, and perfect cleanliness. Please book the Ritz Carlton. Please make sure you have no extreme smells coming from you. Please smell fresh and if you dirty the bathtub, please clean it so another guest does not have to deal with it. Please respect my no under 21 policy. Please dont ask for exceptions. Please respect my 1pm check in policy. Anytime after 1pm is fine. There are mice in this part of Denver. I do my best to control it. But it is always possible to see a mouse in this part of Denver. Bring a good attitude :)
