THIS IS A SHARED SPACE!! POOL, DRIVEWAY, AND WASHER & DRYER ARE ALL SHARED WITH THE LARGER UNIT ON THE PROPERTY. Heated Saltwater Pool (shared between both units on the lot) Unit was meticulously furnished to give a coastal/farm house vibe. You'll feel nature so close with occassional Oak acorns falling on the roof. Space is quite large for 6 people with all the comfort and amenities of home. Close to Pensacola Beach and downtown. The space There is another detached, bigger Airbnb unit at least 20ft away to the right of this house. Both houses are in the same big lot. Your parking is on the left side of driveway ONLY. SHARED AMENITIES are the pool and laundry room. House is close to the southern tip of Pensacola proper connecting the city to Pensacola Beach. We are 8.6mi, about 18mins to Pensacola Beach. ------------------------------------------------------ Treat yourself to a coastal/farm house feel with the comforts of home. There is window AC in the living room and the 2 bedrooms with remote control to change to heat in the winter Living Room - 50 in smart TV - Comfy sofa and accent chairs Dining/Kitchen - Dining table can accommodate 4 - Work desk that can double as dining table - Keurig and Starter k-cups -Toaster/microwave, please only use one of the appliance at one time. - Full stove/oven - Free standing fridge (no water dispenser) - No dishwasher - Utensils, plates, pots, pans for your cooking Bedrooms: - Main bedroom on the left has queen and two twin beds. Comes with 55in SMART TV - Right bedroom has queen bed and 43in smart TV. *There are NO doors for the main bedroom. WIFI - Varies anywhere from 20MB to 30MB. Wifi comes from main house. This is a non smoking home including the sunroom, kindly go outside if you need to. PLEASE check our house rules before booking, no pets, has age restrictions, thanks. Guest access There is a SHARED pool and laundry room next to the other main house's sunroom (outside the living area) that you can use. Other things to note This is 2 detached houses in a big corner lot. The driveway parking is shared between 2 houses. You are renting the detached in law suite on the left of the lot. The driveway can fit total of 4 cars, 2 each side of the driveway in tandem. Your assigned parking slot is on the LEFT for 2 cars in tandem closer to the in law detached house, please provide enough space in right driveway for the other house guests. *Hot water travels to the separate main house first before hitting this in law detached unit. So it might take time at first use but it will eventually warm up. *This house is on a SHARED property with SHARED amenities. We have one,actively recording camera overlooking the front courtyard which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device on the back patio which actively records noise decibel levels. It dies not record audio or video. All devices are on exterior of the property.
