Whether for relaxing vacation days in the beautiful Fünfseenland, a short break in between, or as a comfortable retreat: We want you to feel at home from the very first moment. The space Vacation apartment 2: For up to 4 people | 2nd floor Our apartment 2 captivates with its cozy layout. Perfect for families looking for proximity to nature. The combined living room/bedroom: an intelligently designed, spacious room that can accommodate up to 4 people. Two cozy beds, each 140 cm wide, provide flexible sleeping comfort (perfect as a single bed or a cozy double bed). A two-meter-high mirrored cabinet offers plenty of space for your luggage. The separate kitchen: Fully equipped for amateur cooks with stove, oven and a built-in dishwasher. A filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as sufficient dishes, pots and pans are provided. The bathroom: Equipped with a comfortable bathtub and a practical cabinet – everything you need to feel good. The garden: In the front yard, a seating area awaits you. Enjoy your breakfast or dinner surrounded by greenery in the fresh air. Parking: A free, private parking space is available to you directly at the house. Seeshaupt: Fantastic location in the heart of the Fünfseenland Nestled between meadows and forests, the charming, traditional town of Seeshaupt, with its approximately 3,000 inhabitants, is located directly at the southern end of Lake Starnberg. Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a wonderfully relaxed, loving atmosphere and excellent infrastructure where all daily necessities are within easy reach. At the same time, Seeshaupt is the perfect gateway to the region – the idyllic foothills of the Alps, the five large lakes, lively small towns such as Starnberg and Murnau, and the impressive Alpine panorama are practically at your doorstep. Central, quiet & comfortable Our vacation apartments are located in a well-maintained apartment building in the heart of Seeshaupt. From here, you can easily reach Lake Starnberg in a few minutes by foot. You can safely leave the car during your stay: In the immediate vicinity: a bakery, butcher and supermarket are right around the corner and can be reached in just a few minutes. Cuisine and enjoyment: Four different restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot. A real highlight right in the village is also the Seeshaupter farm shop – awarded the best organic food store in Germany (2021/2022). Perfect for stocking up on first-class, regional specialties! Best connections: The Seeshaupt train station (Kochelseebahn with hourly connections to Tutzing, Munich or Kochel) as well as the bus stops and the Bayerische Seenschifffahrt dock give you maximum flexibility even without a car.
