Welcome to our accommodation in Barcelona! :) This is an apartment located 350m (5 min walk) from the Ciutadella Park and about 20 minutes by transport from many places of interest, such as the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, the Cathedral and Barceloneta Beach. It's the perfect place to visit the city, we hope you find it comfortable :) The space The apartment consists of the following spaces: - The living room with sofa, television and dining table - A fully equipped kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with shower Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register. If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund.
