[Covid 19 update: To reduce risks to our guests and ourselves we have imposed a 2 day non-bookable gap between successive bookings but to make this viable for us we temporarily ask guests to book a minimum of 4 days during 2021] This deceptively spacious Annexe has a kitchen area with a fridge, cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and an ensuite bathroom Whether you wish to be active or just enjoy the peace and quiet and spectacular views the River Wye is just a 10 min walk away The space The Annexe is at the end of a single track road (with passing places) and the accommodation is reached via external stairs Rocklands Annexe is at the top of the hill overlooking the Wye valley and so the downhill walk (or drive) to reach the river will inevitably mean an uphill return! Three good Inns serve excellent food on the West side of the river with either a direct short ferry or a pleasant riverside walk to the Biblins footbridge leading you to more Inns and good eating on the East side of Symonds Yat Guest access Rocklands Annexe is a self-contained apartment with its own parking area and private balcony overlooking the Wye Valley Other things to note On arrival there will be a welcome pack of essentials including fruit, yoghurt, breakfast cereals or pastries, bread, jam and milk together with fruit juice, tea and coffee etc
