Charming apartment on the Garda lake (carbonera)

The apartment is located in the typical village of Castello di Brenzone, a little village in the north part of the lake. The center of Castello is characterized by beautiful little stoned street and is surrounded by olives trees. Castello is the best place to discover the Garda Lake: just three minutes from the lake shore, and at the same time far enough from the caos. The apartment doesn't have the view on the lake. The space The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy We offer a parking place to our guest. The apartment is an openspace and it has a comfortable king size bed, an equipped kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with the shower As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information. Guest access In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal.
