B&B Loft-13 is an attractive, luxurious B&B on the border of Friesland and Groningen. Unwind and relax in your own sauna and wood-fired hot tub (optional/reservation). Excellent base for wonderful cycling and hiking trips. As well as business overnight stays, as you are a 5-minute drive from the A-7 towards various major cities. We provide a luxurious, varied breakfast, using fresh local products and of course the fresh free-range eggs from our own chickens. The space Cozy and luxurious apartment with large SMART TV and private bathroom with spacious SAUNA and private terrace with a wood-fired HOT TUB (optional) with jets/bubbles and stunning views of the countryside. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In the bathroom, you will find the hand and shower products of MARIE STELLA MARIS, and for the sauna, delicious ESSENTIAL OILS are available. Also use of separate kitchen space with NESPRESSO machine, milk frother, design kettle, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There are beautiful inspirational books and a basket with the latest magazines ranging from VT WONEN- JAN- ELLE- LINDA etc. On the PRIVATE TERRACE, you can use the beautiful FATBOY Flamtastique, which works on bio ethanol (the 1st bottle you get from us and is ready for you on arrival) and provides a lot of coziness in the evenings, as well as the outdoor kitchen with sturdy mini KAMADO, for delicious BBQ evenings. Bring your own charcoal and firelighters. There are also bicycles and E-bikes for rent within 2 minutes' walking distance for a nice bike ride in the beautiful green surroundings. Guest access At Loft-13, you have the use of your own apartment in our guesthouse, equipped with bathroom, sauna and kitchen, you also have access to your own terrace with FATBOY Flamtastique and use of the outdoor kitchen with mini KAMADO. It is also possible to reserve the wood-fired HOT TUB, on the covered terrace, per session for a wonderful evening of bubbling. Other things to note * There is a wonderful wood-fired HOT TUB with jets/bubbles on the private terrace , which can be rented per session. The cost is 55 euros per session and then you can enjoy an evening of bubbling and relaxing. We will light it for you in the evenings. Please book in advance. * There is also a charging point for electric cars, where the car can be charged for a fee. * Within walking distance (2 minutes), there is a bike rental for E-bikes and bicycles. * When using KAMADO, please provide charcoal and firelighters yourself.
