Full bathrooms downstairs with laundry facilities with front loader washing machine and indoor and outdoor clothes lines. Situated in a quiet street, the cottage has ample off street parking for motorcycles and cars behind gates. Outside there is a large table and chairs with umbrella to enjoy morning coffee or drinks in the afternoon while you watch the kids play on the lawn. A wide deck along one length of the cottage provides shade and a cool breeze to relax while the BBQ is cooking. Two separate and spacious lounge areas each with super comfy couches to relax: * Lounge area near kitchen with built in wood heater * Lounge area with TV with a woodheater. The cottage does have stairs. Steps to front and rear doors as well as two steps to the second lounge and bedrooms along with the staircase to the mezzanine. All linen/doonas, towels and kitchen tea towels provided. Unlimited wifi.
