Our newly renovated, 3 bedroom home at 46 Kelp street is the perfect place for families or couples looking to experience everything that the beautiful Warrnambool has to offer. Located a short walk from both the beach and the centre of town makes it easily accessible for anyone looking to grab a coffee or hit the shops It features three spacious bedrooms as well as a generous open-plan living and dining area complete with a gas log wood fire. The space Filled with a wonderful amount of natural light, the living,, dining and kitchen areas are bright and warm. All rooms are equipped with blockout blinds for added privacy. The gas-log fire is the centrepiece of the living area, filling the home with warmth and making your stay extra cosy. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas within the property, including the spacious backyard and bungalow. Other things to note The third bedroom is a fully contained bungalow located in the backyard. It is fully equipped with airconditioning, heating and a television. It is not attached to the main house, however is fully lockable and fitted with day/night blinds for added privacy. We also understand that sometimes you would like to bring your pet on holidays. Unfortunately due to the house & furniture still being very new we are not operating as pet friendly.
