4BD/1BA Large Remodeled Home 50 Yards to River!

"The River Spot" is a beautiful, newly remodeled home close to town and right across from the Sacramento River. Just a short drive to the Mount Shasta Ski Park, Mount Shasta Mountain, Hiking trails, fishing, outdoor fun & the PCT. Our home is located in Dunsmuir, CA just steps away from the Sacramento River. There is parking for three cars in front and one small compact car on the side. There is a queen memory foam bed in each of the two front bedrooms, a twin bed off the second bedroom, two twins & a double futon upstairs in the third bedroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen, lots of seating in the living room, a separate dining room, family room and a clawfoot tub with shower enclosure in the bathroom. I will be available by phone or available to come by if you need anything at all. House Rules No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 3PM Check out by 11AM - Quiet time 10PM - An area is set up by the entrance for shoes, coats, etc. :) You must also acknowledge Must climb stairs - 4 stairs on front porch Potential for noise - Very quiet property with retired permanent guests that live in houses that are around property BUT please be aware that Dunsmuir is an old railroad town, and we are located across from a railroad crossing. The third bedroom with third sitting area is located upstairs. Other things to note We are next to a train crossing but sleep kits with earplugs and eye masks are provided.
