Tankaraca 174 Apartment is situated 7 km from Vela Luka on the island of Korcula in Tankaraca bay (northern part of the island overlooking the island of Hvar) on the lot of 4000 square m. I will meet you and take you to the house when you arrive and I will be at your disposal if you need anything. The apartment is insured. Mild climate and warm sea allow you to swim from May to November. We hope you will enjoy and that we will fulfil your expectations. The space The apartment is 40 m from the sea and there is a quay of 5 square meters on the shore that can be used for sunbathing and swimming. It can also be used to moor the guests' speedboats or boats. Bigger pebble beach is 200 m away from the house. Restaurants and the ambulance are 7km away.The apartment was renovated in 2018/19. Free parking is available 10 m from the apartment. Animals and smoking are not allowed. The apartment uses rainwater so please use it frugally. The inside of the apartment covers an area of 37 sq m. It consists of two rooms, one with a double bed (for 2 persons) and the other one with 2 beds which can be joined together (for 2 persons). The bathroom has a small bathtub and a shower. The kitchen has a dining table with 4 chairs, a gas stove with 2 burners and a fridge with a small freezer. There is a covered terrace of 17 sq m with a big table and chairs. There is also a non-covered terrace of 20 sq m with 2 benches and a table. Next to the apartment is a barbecue and an outside shower with a hand pump used to fill the water tank heated by the sun. Other things to note You can visit Vela Spila ( Big Cave), an archaelogical site situated on the hill above the town of Vela Luka with a unique view of the bay and the sunset. If you visit the viewpoint on the hill Hum you can enjoy the panorama of Vela Luka as well as of the surrounding small islets and larger islangs of Hvar, Vis and Lastovo. Vela Luka offers various entertaining and cultural events during summer in the evening hours. If you want to enjoy privacy just relax with thr candles on the terrace of the apartment Tankaraca 174 and enjoy the smell of the sea and pines with the song of crickets eating fresh fruit.
