Crystal Bay Park with sea view

Welcome to our nice apartment in the area of Crystal Bay Park. The apartment has two bedrooms, the kitchen/living/ dining area in an open plan. The balcony has morning sun and the large roof terrace offers sun all day and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. Here you never have to crowd around the pool and the ocean is only a few minutes walk away. The space The kitchen is equipped for 4 persons, gas cooker, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle and dining area for 4. The apartment is on the second floor and has stairs up and there are also stairs up to the roof terrace. The balcony is made for an early breakfast in the morning sun. On the roof terrace there is a barbecue and a large umbrella if you want some shade. In the area there are two swimming pools, one just outside the window and proximity to the restaurant, the other a bit more secluded and fits perfectly well with a good book. There is also a gym adjacent to the smaller pool. The area's restaurant, Coconut Bar & Bistro, is recommended to the warmest, amazingly good food inspired by the chef's home country, St. Martinique, the Caribbean. At Crystal Bay Park, the silence rules and does not have to be afraid of crowding around the pools. Tired of sun and bath you can take a walk along the beach and maybe take a dip in a small cove along the road. Internet is included in the rent. Other things to note The rent includes 100KWh electricity/week and 1.5 cubic meters of water. Consumption in addition to this is charged as follows: El 1TL/kwh and water 10 TL/cubicm which is paid directly on the spot or deducted from credit cards.
