Spacious room at 5 bedroom house in Milnerton

Our beautiful two-storey house in Milnerton with stunning views over Table Bay on a 1500qm plot with a lovely garden and ample parking on-site is ideally situated with its close distance to our wonderful beaches along the West Coast and the short drive to Cape Town City Bowl. The space The double storey house is part of a well sized property with ample garden space. All rooms have wooden floors and get plenty of sun light. It is a feel good communal home. My tenants are young professionals, sometimes long-stay holiday makers, most from within the country but also from abroad. Upstairs are 3 private rooms with views over the Table Bay and a shared bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Downstairs are 2 private rooms and a communal area with dining table and direct access to the terrace. there is a shared bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. Guest access The house is surrounded by a huge garden and you are more than welcome to make use of it. The cottage behind the house and the two garages are private and are therefore not accessible. I live close by but not on the same premises. Other things to note Please note our WiFi is constantly available even during load shedding hours. However, lights and plugs are off. Please make sure your devices are charged. Also, due the fact that our communal kitchen is equipped with a gas stove preparing a warm meal during electricity outages won't be an issue. Being a very environmentally conscious person myself I would love everyone who resides at my house to separate recyclables (plastic, tins, paper, bottles) from non-recyclables as well as support saving water and electricity.
