Your PRIVATE, comfy rooms are above my contemporary art area/living space. Your secure lockable bedroom has an ensuite, fan and aircon and a comfy queen size bed, a bar fridge, tea & coffee, a microwave and free WIFI. The booking also provides an adjacent lounge room with TV & books for your private sole use. Walk to the best restaurants and nightclubs in the innercity or access shops & beaches. Great coffee shops 5min walk away. The space If you are looking for a unique experience, these large rooms in our loft is ideal. The accommodation is situated in Wickham in a warehouse conversion on the fringe of the busy Newcastle harbour. If you are looking for a unique, safe, and friendly place to stay, this is the place to be. Enjoy breakfast in the loft upstairs or outside in the front courtyard or visit one of at one of the many local cafes nearby. Enjoy the proximity to the City and all the local beaches, public ocean baths and pools. Guest access Access to your room upstairs is via the front door up a private staircase to your room. (Stairs are relatively steep) The accommodation is a private room, well away from your hosts room. You also have sole access to an adjacent lounge area complete with Tv, reading material etc. Your room has a toilet and shower with a concertina door for privacy (see images)... During your stay The room is private and well away from our downstairs private living area. I am available on request to help you with any queries and am happy to have as little or as much interaction as you like. Other things to note Whilst your room is private and secure and you have full sole use of the adjacent lounge room, this AirBNB/accommodation is shared with the host. On street parking is free 24/7. Driveway to be kept clear for owner access only. Steep stairs up to your room. WiFi is unlimited and available at most times. No Downstairs Kitchen access is allowed. Your room has a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee and Basic cutlery and bowls/plates. A BBQ is available to use in the front courtyard. (Ask me for help with setting things up) All fresh bed linen , pillows and blankets are provided. A small bin is provided with bin liners ( in cupboard under sink) for general rubbish.
