Welcome to our home! This house, is our weekend base, reunions with our friends scattered geographically. We like to come here to relax, spend evenings by the fire, enjoy the iodized walks and the port of Lanildut 2 minutes on foot. For the record, this house completely renovated in 2018 dates from 1687 and belonged at the time to a master of boats. This house is friendly, warm, in our image. The home of friends The space La Demeure 1687 offers approximately 160 m² and 5 bedrooms spread over several levels. On the ground floor, a large 50 m² living room is arranged around a monumental stone fireplace. A large table can accommodate up to 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the garden. The rooms can accommodate families, couples and groups of friends, with several adjustable beds. Baby cot and high chair are available. Outside, you will enjoy gardens enclosed by high stone walls, a private, unheated outdoor swimming pool, a barbecue and garden furniture. A true family home, designed for large gatherings, vacations with friends, and stays by the sea. Guest access You have the entire house, enclosed gardens, and private pool. The adjoining barn houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, among other things. Parking is available on the premises. From the house, you can walk in a few minutes to the port of Lanildut, a small beach, the Aber Ildut, and the GR34 coastal trail. Other things to note Bed linens are provided and the beds are prepared for your arrival. The cleaning fee of €135 includes, in particular, cleaning after the stay as well as washing and maintenance of the bed linen. However, we ask that the house be left in a decent condition: dishes washed and put away, trash cans emptied, and the premises left tidy. Upon request, a bathroom linen kit can be provided, including a bath towel, a hand towel and a bath mat, as well as a firewood kit for the fireplace. In cooler weather, the house has central heating with an oil-fired boiler. If the heating is turned on, a contribution to the costs will be requested; the terms are specified before the stay.
