The space This beach house is great because you are so close to the beach that you can be spontaneous - just grab whatever you think you need and walk the hundred steps to the beach. If you forgot something, get too hot or just want to go home and make a sandwich - no problem, your back in a flash! No parking meters, no traffic, no hassles. It's also really nice sitting on the deck and enjoying the breeze and the views. Guest access You've got the entire upper floor of this duplex house to include the wrap around deck and screened in porch. You've also got an outdoor shower downstairs behind the house to use if you want to rinse off the sand before you come in. Other things to note I provide towels and sheets, but you need to bring your own beach towels and any other beach gear, such as chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, etc. There's a place a mile up the street that rents all those things.
