Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on a small closed gravel road in a quiet cottage area. Large, almost completely enclosed, undisturbed plot with sun all day. Possibility for ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and access to the sun courtyard. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard. The space The house is heated with central heating (oil boiler). Heating is included in the rent. The house is beautifully located on a small quiet road, surrounded by fields and farms and yet close to the vibrant life of the harbor and Rørvig. The cottage is close to the legendary Højsandet and close to the plantation with pine trees and small paths, where you can both walk the most beautiful walks or take your bike. The beach by the fjord, which is located in a bay, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. A very child-friendly beach with shallow water all the way in and a nice sandy beach. There is parking if you have a canoe or paddleboard with you. There are almost never waves here. Kattegatstranden, which is one of Denmark's best, is reached in 5 minutes by car. The beach is beautiful with large pine trees and the most beautiful dunes, where you can always find a "pot" to lie in if you want total peace. The beach is a sandy beach and there is a lifeguard tower. Good parking conditions. The harbor and shopping facilities (fisherman, butcher, merchant) are 5 minutes from the house by car or bicycle. The harbor in Rørvig is unique with several dining options. The kids can lie on the jetty and catch crabs. There is an open ice cream shop throughout the spring, summer and autumn period. The cottage is close to the famous flea market, the grass area at Rørvig Kro, which is every Sunday. Guest access You'll have the whole house to yourself. The house has central heating and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee machine. There's a heater and a wood-burning stove. The house is suitable for both summer and winter Other things to note Electricity consumption is settled on-site, price 3.00 per Kwh. Usually, the approximate consumption in a week is DKK 200. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels, price DKK 150 per person. A crib can be set up. A trip trap chair is already in the cottage.
