It has private park place, depot for windsurf/wingfoil/SUP and beach direct access. It can accomodate 2 to 4 people. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people: at the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. At the ground floor there are a living room with 2 sofa beds and a kitchenette. Perfect for a couple but also for a family. Guest access The Casa Sandra Bertolini "Alla Spiaggia" is within our "Prato al Lago": a private area of about 3000 square meters with direct access to the beach, shower, toilet, storehouse for windsurfing/SUP/wingfoil material and private park place. The use of the facility "Prato al Lago" is reserved to the Guests of all our houses. Other things to note Check in 14:00 - 20:00 Check out 8:00 - 9:00 Tourist tax: - Euro 1,00 per person per night, from 1 to 10 nights - Children under 14 years are exempt Upon demand air conditioned or heating Euro 15 per day per house.
