Jungle Oasis-Private Bath, Entry & Room in Naples

SHARED HOUSE -Intimate quiet setting located just 10 minutes (4 miles) from downtown Naples, within easy walking distance of restaurants & bars and 2 miles from the beach. Outdoor hot tub, fire pit & lush green private garden area for a tranquil stay. This is a small shared house (owner or guests). There is a common area HD TV for all to enjoy and there is a small TV in your bedroom. There are no hidden cleaning fees. I respect your privacy too & do not have any hidden cameras. The space This is a rental of a room and private bathroom in a shared house (others will be sharing the common areas). Guests have access to a washer, dryer, the entire kitchen and fridge/freezer, all dishes and cooking utensils, all living spaces, yard, gardens and fire pit. Guests have a private locking door to their room on the back patio. Guests also control the air conditioning temperature in the home. My house is only 5 miles away from the popular club, Blue Martini, for you dancing enthusiasts. The room has a full sized bed which is slightly smaller than a queen. Remember the pluses of no hidden cleaning fees, no cameras on property or other recording devices for your privacy. This is a spacious small house that emphasizes tranquility. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home and gardens, and only do not have access to the owner's bedroom and bathroom. Guests also have access to the hot tub which is located in the front yard. Other things to note The house is 32 miles from the RSW Fort Myers International Airport. From the airport to the house, it is a 30 to 45 minute drive. There is Xfinity WiFi available to guests, the Extreme Plan, with 500 + Mbps of speed. This is a shared house and other guests, or the owner and owner's partner, may be in the home. In the living room is a 43” 4K LG UHD LED Smart TV (there is no cable). The room is cozy and intimate and I hope you’ll enjoy your stay.
