This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Beach condo welcomes you with a beautiful ocean view as soon you walk in! You can see the ocean from all of the windows. The condo is newly painted and decorated with a beach cottage motif to help you feel relaxed and peaceful. It is is a beautiful resort with 6 outdoor pools, and 3 hot tubs. The resort has many amenities basketball, tennis, volleyball, putting green, exercise room and sauna, an onsite restaurant and one at Kiva Dunes Golf Club next door. The space This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is in a secured gated resort complex in Gulf Shores Plantation in Fort Morgan. This is the Resort and Conference center location. The master bedroom has a King bed The second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin You have a full gulf view from the kitchen, dining room, living room and both bedrooms. You can also sit on the outdoor balcony and enjoy the sounds and beauty of the waves and beautiful resort. There are 3 flat screen TV's the living room has a smart TV and 3 DVD players Cable WiFi There is a commercial laundry room on the main floor, and on the 3rd floor You will be required to buy a parking pass from the resort. Guest access The resort is full of amenities galore, with tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board, a putting green, exercise room with a sauna and hot tub. 6 outdoor pools , kiddie pool and hot tubs. There are several grills and picnic tables for outdoor dining and If you don't want to cook you can walk on over to Sassy Bass for breakfast, lunch or dinner- or just enjoy a drink. You won't lack for anything to do... Or you can escape it all and just sit on the beach all day! Kiva Dunes Golf Club is next door with yet another restaurant. You won't ever want to leave! Other things to note You must be 25 to rent You will be required to buy a parking pass. 2 night minimum, especially on weekends 3 night minimum in the summer unless there is a gap night or two in between reservations.. under special circumstances I may allow 2 nights if it falls within parameters of other reservations. Holidays and HangOut Fest, and Shrimp Fest it is a 4 night minimum. 1 night stays are available if you inquire and I approve based on my calendar. When looking at the calendar to reserve your dates in the summer, please allow 3 nights in between bookings, two nights can be possible on weekends. There is a pay laundry facility on the main floor. No smoking - of any kind you will be subject to a $250 fine plus any damages Incurred No Pets No animals at all due to family allergies, that includes service animals as they still have dander. You must be 25 to rent. There is a $250 refundable security deposit Contact me for Snowbird Rates Contact me for specials during off season - I can't change the daily rate on the Airbnb. Holidays and holiday weeks like 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day and festivals like Shrimp Fest and HangOut Fest are a 4 night minimum- maybe in special circumstances I can do a two night... I also will do one night if it is a gap night in between two bookings.
