It is set within the property of Appleacre, which is accessed via a long, narrow driveway from the lane. The Summerhouse offers a quiet, secluded retreat only minutes from the city of Chichester, Goodwood and the South Downs, along with the delightful coastal villages of West Sussex. The space The Summerhouse is entirely self-contained, with a well-appointed living room, complete with a dining area; a bedroom comprising a double bed and small open wardrobe area; a kitchen equipped with all the essentials - electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, with tea, coffee and milk provided; bathroom facilities containing an electric shower, toilet and wash basin. The bungalow is ideally suitable for 2 adults, though the sofa bed, which sleeps up to 2 people is available on request and for an extra charge. Guest access Guests have the Summerhouse and porch area entirely to themselves. Parking is available outside the house.
