Beautiful beach views - in historic oldtown

Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid. The space Spacious rooms, high ceilings original stone floors as well as original wooden doors from 1905 give the traditional apartment a unique historic feeling. The flat has been newly redecorated in June 2017 with high quality furnishings. The bed mattresses are new and made from viscoelastic memory foam allowing you to recharge your batteries properly. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and ceiling fans. In addition to this two of the three bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning. The apartment is also equipped with high speed WiFi as well as a Samsung smart flat-screen television. Please also note that the building is built on the foot of the hill with the castle on top. This means that the apartment is on the third floor if you arrive from the front . But if you arrive from the back it is on the ground/first floor with only 5 or 6 steps to climb. Unfortunately fpr those who don't like steps, there is no lift in the building, but this should not be a problem, as the back entrance only has a few small steps before you arrive at the entrance to the apartment. Guest access There is also a shared rooftop terrace which can be accessed on request. This is ideal for sun-downers. Other things to note The apartment is situated in the best possible spot to take advantage of the following attractions: 1. The entrance to the path up to the beautiful castle is only a few minutes away. If you don't fancy walking, there is a lift near by instead. 2. The beach can be reached via the rear and front entrance of the apartment and is only 4 minutes walk away. 3. Flat is situated in quiet area (as quiet as you can get considering it's in Spain) of historical old town and a few minutes walk away from hustle and bustle of top notch restaurants, bars and clubs 4. Fancy a stroll along the marina, then you are only a few minutes walk away from there too. 5. The apartment has been newly furnished with high quality beds and furniture to make your stay more enjoyable. 6. Children are more than welcome and high chairs and cots as well as booster seats and basic prams can be provided free of charge on request. 7. If you get bored of the beach in front of the flat, the apartment is close to a tram or bus station in case you wish to go to Spain's famous beach of San Juan which is only a short 20 minute bus ride away. 8. Children will enjoy the many playgrounds that are close by. 9. Journey with taxi from airport to flat can be done in under 20 minutes. 10. Grocery stores can be reached in a few minutes by foot.
