Brand new Cottage on the lake

Life is better at the lake! Our beautiful modern cottage was finished in the spring of 2021 and a dock added in June of 2024.. Enjoy the sounds of our resident loon and the clear beautiful water only 5 feet from the end of the deck. With wifi and beautiful sunsets, our two bedroom 1 and a half bathroom cottage is in a great location - minutes from farm markets, 25 minutes to Lunenburg and Mahone Bay, 10 minutes to Bridgewater . You are sure to feel relaxed during your stay. The space Modern and new with a king size bed in master, trundle double in the spare room and pullout Queen couch. Every thing is New and beautiful Guest access The whole house is your private vacation rental. Other things to note PLEASE READ - We are very friendly people and take great pride in our cottage; it is for this reason that we must make all guests aware that you will be responsible for damages to the property. If you do not want to be responsible for damages caused by you or your guests we politely thank you for considering us , however, we will be unable to rent our beautiful cottage to you. If you have children under the age of 10 YOU MUST REACH OUT TO US FOR A VOICE CONVERSATION FIRST, DUE TO A FEW BAD APPLES IT HAS MADE IT DIFFICULT FOR US TO CONTINUE YO RENT TO IRRESPONSIBLE PARENTS.We have children and love children, however, we have very deep water in front of the house and for that reason have concerns with smaller children staying.
