Cozy 2 Bedroom Apartment Perfect Friends & Family

What's up guys?! Glad you found this listing. Let me tell you a bit about the place. My apartment is a chill and cozy place with nice comfortable beds to sleep at night. Its great for a group of friends or a family. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 private toilets and a dining room. The closest mall is a literally a minute walk away so, there's lots of food choices around the area and you'll get to the second mall in 2 minutes too. We're a 15 min cab ride away from SM Seaside (the largest mall in Cebu) The space The whole apartment has a total floor area of 45 square meters. Did I mention you get the entire place? The 2 bedrooms and dining area are for your private use and will not be shared with other travelers. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is for 6 guests total. We will add a single bed in each of the rooms if you are a larger group to accommodate you and make sure everyone gets a good and comfortable sleep at night. Each bedroom has its own toilet. The apartment is very accessible and is not hard to find. There are a lot of food choices nearby since its walking distance to 2 malls and supermarkets at the area. Banks, convenience stores and a pharmacy is nearby too. Smoking is permitted outside at the porch area of the apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside though. We don't have a stove but we got an oven toaster here for you to use in case you'd like to heat up some food. We got work desks at each of the bedrooms in case you need to get stuff done and Wifi can reach all rooms.
