This a spacious one bedroom unit with plenty of elbow room. Located on the ground floor, there's no noisy neighbors upstairs. In the summer you have a ceiling fan or air-conditioning to cool you down. In winter you are never cold with underfloor heating, electric blanket and a heat pump. The space There are two 43 inch smart TVs, one in the lounge and the second one in the bedroom. Both TVs have access to 10 Sky Channels plus you can switch to YouTube or sign into your Netflix account and start watching! With free unlimited high speed WiFi and an easy access power point with USB ports you can charge and use your own electronics with ease. The bathroom is also generously sized, the shower has unlimited hot water and a selection of bathroom amenities. The kitchenette is well equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Electric frypan as well as cups, plates and cutlery. There's a bar fridge and a complimentary selection of Teas and Coffee's. Guest access All bookings include free off street parking for one vehicle per room, free unlimited high speed WiFi and access to our BBQ area. During your stay Reception is open between 7.30 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Friday and from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Access can be arranged after hours but we will need a way to contact you such as a NZ cellphone number or an email address that you are able to check on a regular basis.
