The apartment has a private parking outside the property, opposite the apartment. It is located in a small village, with restaurants and bars, supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop and a newsstand. For those who wish, we have two bicycles available for our guests free of charge (they are city bikes suitable for short distances; if you are interested in covering longer distances, we can provide information on where to rent bicycles). ✈️🚌 TRANSPORT & CONNECTIONS Venice International Airport is a 35 minutes drive away and Treviso Airport is 50 minutes away. The nearest train station is San Donà di Piave-Jesolo. The bus stop is 500 meters away. 🧽UPON YOUR ARRIVAL In the apartment you will find not only bed linen and towels, but also a welcome cooking kit with all organic products (oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, sugar, tea and herbal teas), as well as dishwashing essentials (sponges and detergent) ⛵ THE BEACHES The beaches of Eraclea Mare are just 4 km from the accommodation (6 minutes by car or about 15 minutes by bicycle along a quiet secondary road), offering both equipped areas and free-access beaches. Jesolo Pineta is 6 km away, while the beaches of Caorle can be reached in about 12 km. For those who prefer a more natural and unspoilt coastline, the Brussa Beach is located approximately 40 km east, within the protected natural oasis of Valle Vecchia. 🍷🌿 FOOD & WINE EXPERIENCE Visit local farms producing walnuts, rice, and organic and biodynamic vegetables, fruit, milk, and dairy products, and enjoy the wineries along the Lison Pramaggiore D.O.C. wine route. 🚲 BIKE PATHS The accommodation is located along "Giro Laguna" itinerary, a suggestive cycling and pedestrian trail. In the area there are other pedestrian cycle routes for bike, walking and running lovers. 🎭 THE NEARBY CITIES: Venice, Treviso and Padua. Venice is easily accessible by sea or by land (about an hour's journey). The accommodation is located 49 km from Treviso and 90 km from Padua which can be reached by car or public transport. 📷 THE HINTERLAND The accommodation is well located for exploring the area: Caorle is just 15 minutes away, while Portogruaro and the Roman archaeological site of Concordia Sagittaria can be reached in about 30 minutes. The Brenta Riviera, with its historic villas, is also easily accessible.
