Cottage in Canton

This cottage sets in the Bethel Valley surrounded by Cold Mountain. Located 18 miles from Asheville, 9 miles to Waynesville and 30 miles to Western Carolina University. Short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway to take on a few hiking trails. Take in the sights of some of Brevard's World Famous Waterfalls, and other amazing views along the way. In the winter, you can enjoy the slopes at Cataloochee Ski resort. Same day bookings are accepted. Please give us a 3 day notice of cancellation. The space This space is perfect for a business trip, or just a quiet get away. Cottage is also available for monthly rental. We welcome our traveling Nurses! Guest access You have the entire cottage, back and side yard. Your pet is welcome at our cottage as long as your pet is current on all vaccinations and flea and tick medication. A pet fee of $50.00 per pet, has t be paid through the resolution center. I’m happy to assist you with this. This fee will have to be paid before arrival. Please bring bags so you can clean up after your pet. Thank you!! Other things to note ***Private guided hikes are available for my guests. Hikes will range from beginners to experienced, and you can select how long of a hike you prefer.*** 9 miles from historic Waynesville which has 4 local Breweries and exceptional food. Take a drive thru the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoy the world famous waterfalls of Brevard.
