The living room is extremely cozy with the 5-people seating area in the living room. You can simply turn on with the DirecTV remote to turn the entire system on. You can watch DVD on its Blue-Ray DVD Player from the Redbox or from a selection of 30+ provided. Through the Blue-Ray DVD Player, you have access to Netflix and Hulu for additional entertainment. Also, Nintendo Wii is provided with a couple fun family-oriented games. There is wireless access throughout the entire rental. Please enjoy its extra amenities such as a bonfire pit, 4-person hot tub with a roof and solar powered fairy lights, outdoor seating areas, hammock, picnic table, and access to a couple high-quality grills. Clarification: There are two 1,300 sq ft buildings on this property with a huge driveway. This rental is in the building with me living under it, like a duplex. It has its own entry way, its own deck and its own hot tub. The other rental is located above the garage with its own entry way, its own deck, and its own hot tub. The bottom portion of the garage is being used for storage. We provide cakes, flowers, beers and wines upon request and will make your stay unforgettable! We do add chlorine to the hot tub due to COVID. Please park in one lane of the 2-lane driveway. Please look over to your left and you will see a glass door with the NUMBER ONE on the upper right corner. The entrance to this vacation rental is the glass door underneath the deck, to the left of the driveway. You can take up the entire row which will fit 3 cars. As you enter the entryway, you will see two doors and you will need to type in the code on the right door to enter. There is a 2 tier stairway that leads you to the spacious living room, broadcasting the entire mountain range, including Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive, Colorado's two tallest mountains. You can walk down 11th street to the bus stop from here to hop on the Summit Sage to enjoy outdoor activities at Copper Mountain, Frisco, and Breckenridge.
