Lovely bright double room on the ground floor (access with no stairs) with large luxurious double walk in showeroom and cloakroom. Situated in a friendly cul-de-sac a level walk in to the city either along the canal path or along the quirky London road shops. 20mins walk to the centre of town 5 Mins walk to Larkhall village where you will find pubs, cafes, local shops 4 mins walk to river Avon. Ten mins walk to Bath boating station! 5 mins walk to the canal 20 mins drive from the M4 motorway The space Quiet double room, luxury shower room and cloakroom on the side of the house in a very peaceful cul-de-sac. No cooking facilities are available but there are restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets very close by. There is a small fridge in the room. Coffee and tea making facilities in room with ground coffee and fruit teas. Only Mark and myself live in the house, you have your own rooms on the side of the house and no-one else has access to the property so it is perfectly safe and private! There is also a lock on the door for your peace of mind. Fan for those few hot evenings! Free 24 hour parking. Very private as you do not need to walk through the house for access and you can close the door between the bedroom, bathroom and cloakroom to have your own space which is fully lockable.
